Me hadde eit møte på Belfry i Oslo 14.09.2005. Dette var det første møtet i den skandinaviske greina av supporterklubben. Dei som møtte var:
Lars (norseman)
Wes (sifter)
Randi (voxra)
Først snakka me litt laust om ting og drakk litt og venta på at fleire skulle visa seg. Det kom aldri fleire. Buuuu.
Sakliste:
1) Bare norsk, eller skandinavisk supporterklubb?
2) Valg av foreløpig styre (synes vi skal prøve å få flere ikke-norske medlemmer før vi velger styre for et år eller to)
3) Vevside, hvem kan bidra?
4) Turer
5) Flagg/banner, skal vi prøve å samle inn penger til et?
Me kom fram til:
1) Skandinavisk foreløpig, for lita interesse i dei andre landa (utanom Noreg) for å laga eigne supporterklubbar enno. Sjølvsagt står andre fritt til å laga eigne greiner, alle gjer som dei vil her. Det er jo heile poenget (var på eit supportermøte i Manchester og Stretfordchris sa det er ei Islandsk grein på trappene).
2) Styret er mellombels:
Lars: pressekontakt (han har kontaktar i pressa etter tida som sjef for Shareholders United sin norske arm)
Wes: Obligatorisk engelskmann (frå Newton Heath) og ikkje-blond
Einar W: Grafisk (plakatar og slikt)
Randi: Sjef inntil me får til eit skikkeleg val
3) Kven kan bidra til vevsida? Underteikna har hand om domenet fcunited.no, men om nokon kan senda inn ting (på eit eller anna skandinavisk språk eller engelsk tek eg imot bidrag med takk). Det vart og setla at me skal ha eit forum. Helst på fcunited.no, alternativt få til eit under det uoffisielle supporterforumet på http://www.fcunitedofmanchester.co.uk/ først så folk slepp å ha fleire innloggingar å forhalda seg til.
4) Me var einige i at den første offisielle turen først kan skje på bortekampen mot Blackpool Mechanics den 18.februar. Denne helga vert sett på, og frå folk som faktisk er frå Manchester, som Euro “borte-kampen” i år, og mange har allereie tinga fly og hotell for heile helga. Meir informasjon om innlosjering og fly kjem seinare.
5) Me kom aldri til punktet om flagg. Sorry. Me nominerte Einar W. (som ikkje var der) til å laga ein plakat med terminliste og vev-adresse.

The first meeting was held at Belfry pub in Oslo 14.09.2005. Only three people turned up:

We had some drinks first, waiting (in hope) that more people would turn up. They didn’t.
Agenda:
1) Only Norwegian or Scandinavian branch?
2) Election of people (for now) to the board (we want to get some more non-Norwegians involved before we have a proper election)
3) Website, who can supply articles?
4) Trips
5) Flag/banners, should we try to get together some money for our own?
We agreed on the following:
1) Scandinavian branch for now, not enough people from the other countries (outside of Norway) to have one each. Other contries can, of course, start their own branch if they want to, everybody can do as they please. That’s the whole point (was at a Supporter’s group meeting in Manchester just over a week ago, and Stretfordchris said there is an Icelandic branch being set up).
2) The board (for now):
Lars: Press contact (he knows a lot of journos from his time as head
of the Norwegian arm of Shareholders United)
Wes: Token Manc (from Newton Heath) and non-blonde
Einar W: Graphics stuff, printing, posters
Randi: Boss until we can have a proper election
3) Who can supply the website with articles? I’ve got the fcunited.no domain for now (fully prepared to give it up to whomever get chosen to do it) and would like it for anyone to send me stuff I can put up (either in a Scandinavian language or in English). We also decided we should have a forum instead of this Yahoo group, preferably on fcunited.no, but alternatively try to get our own under the unofficial one, http://www.fcunitedofmanchester.co.uk/ . By using, if they let us, the unofficial one members don’t have to relate to more logins as most of us already are members there.
4) First trip will be for the away match against Blackpool Mechanics on the 18th of February. This weekend is already considered to be FCUM’s ‘Euro Away’ this season, and even people from England are going to stay there for the whole weekend. Information on where to stay and travel will follow later.
